Actions taken by FNX-INNOV regarding the Coronavirus
(COVID-19)

Given the rapidly evolving situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the recent recommendations issued by the Government of Quebec, FNX-INNOV would like to assure you that we are taking the situation seriously and that the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners are at the heart of our concerns.
To this end, an Emergency Measures Committee related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been established. Measures have already been put in place and the analysis of action plans and other directives to be implemented is ongoing in order to ensure the continuity of our operations and the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners. As a result, we have put in place measures to prevent a potential risk of spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19), throughout all our offices:

  • We will continue to deliver all of our services by emphasizing teleworking and teleconferencing wherever possible.
  • All of our offices are equipped to conduct our meetings by teleconference and videoconference to ensure the continuity of services and projects.
  • We strive to equip as many employees as possible with laptops and to connect them to our remote access system, allowing them to be completely autonomous.
  • We have established specific measures regarding travel restrictions and mandatory isolation.
  • We have reinforced the sanitary protocols at our offices and are raising awareness among our employees on the hygiene measures to be adopted.

Please be assured that all our teams work together to continue to offer quality services while meeting the demands of our clients. In this unique situation within the society, we have chosen not to compromise on the health and safety of our employees, neither on the quality of our services to our customers. Thank you for your trust and your collaboration. We hope that the situation will be resolved quickly.
