Artelia management’s tour of our teams was a great success

We welcomed the visit of Artelia and FNX-INNOV management to our offices last week. At events held in Montreal, Sept-Îles, Longueuil, Sherbrooke, Quebec City and Toronto, we had the opportunity to get to know Artelia in greater depth, to understand the motivations that led us to join them, and to grasp all the advantages and opportunities that will open up for us.

The more than 600 employees present at these meetings were very enthusiastic. All were quick to notice the same dynamism within FNX-INNOV and Artelia management, represented by Richard Hélie – Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Laganière – Chief Operating Officer, Marc Giroussens – Assistant General Manager, Benoit Baudry – Executive Director and Thierry Lassalle – Director of Human Resources. These engineering enthusiasts spoke fervently about Artelia’s success and their role in the rapid, controlled growth of this century-old company over the past 10 years.

Not only did they stimulate us with their vision of growth and the opportunities that lie ahead, they also got us thinking about how engineering can help “change the world” to meet tomorrow’s challenges.

Our community visibly excited about joining Artelia

Increasing the scope of opportunities and career development, sharing and exchanging with niche technical resources in a variety of fields, gaining access to more competitive production resources and participating in Artelia’s shareholder model were among the topics that generated the most interest, in addition to reconfirming the maintenance of our corporate culture, operational independence and agility.

What’s more, everyone was impressed and excited when the video presenting Artelia’s key projects for 2022 was shown. Murmurs and reactions filled the room. The selection was a snapshot of some 22,000 projects around the world that Artelia has been working on with the mission of creating solutions for positive living. These remarkable projects are grouped into 7 major societal challenges – Climate Change Resilience, Energy Transition, Resource Economics, Advanced Industry, Building Renewal, Better City Living and Multimodal Mobility – and all form part of an ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy.

At the end of the meeting, several participants extended their presence to share their comments with their colleagues, or to ask questions directly to Artelia and FNX-INNOV representatives and express their enthusiasm.

The tour was very well received by the employees present, and marks the beginning of our shared history, a collaboration that is conducive to professional development, the sharing of expertise and the realization of projects that will bring about positive change for the world.
