FNX-INNOV proudly participates in the Big Bloom Hackathon for the Ruelle de l’avenir

Une présence remarquable de FNX-INNOV aux Grands prix de génie-conseil québécois 2022

As part of the Hooked on School Week, which took place from February 14 to 18, FNX-INNOV proudly participated in the Big Bloom Solidarity Hackathon for the benefit of the Ruelle de l’avenir, a charitable organization that mobilizes young people, as well as their families, in their learning and academic success.

The Big Bloom solidarity hackathons allow non-profit organizations (NPOs) to accelerate social innovations by mobilizing participants from different companies. About thirty participants divided into 4 teams of 6 to 8 people work to meet the challenge of the chosen organization. Each team is accompanied by a Design Thinking coach to guide the participants and help them find the winning idea.

FNX-INNOV decided this year to take part in the 2022 competition and to allow four of our resources to live the Big Bloom Hackathon experience. Our valiant colleagues Roxanne Dionne, Anisoara Sapunaru, Manuelle Martineau and Nicolas Patrie used their experience, ideas and creativity in each of their teams to propose concrete solutions to the organization Ruelle de l’Avenir.

The experience was highly profitable and enriching for our colleagues who were able to give, but also learn and evolve personally and professionally thanks to a coaching in Design Thinking mode.

“Thank you to FNX-INNOV and BigBloom Montreal for this wonderful and fabulous experience I had during the solidarity hackathon to benefit the organization Ruelle de l’avenir!” Anisoara Sapunaru

“A great experience that takes us out of our usual routine! Thank you to the entire Big Bloom team” Roxanne Dionne

We are proud to have been able to participate in this great initiative dedicated to school perseverance and congratulations to Roxanne, Anisoara, Manuelle, and Nicolas for having contributed to the success of this competition!
