FNX-INNOV supports the Congrès IngénieurE au féminin in Sherbrooke

FNX-INNOV was pleased to be a partner in the Congrès IngénieurE au féminin, organized by the Génie au féminin student committee at the Université de Sherbrooke. The event attracted over 500 participants, bringing together students, professionals and companies to open the conversation on the place of women in engineering.

Our colleagues Justine, Carmen, Rebecca, Alaa and Geneviève proudly represented FNX-INNOV on Saturday. They had the opportunity to meet many female students and share their passion for engineering. Their presence at our booth was a great way to showcase our company and discuss our projects and values with participants.

In addition to manning the booth, our colleagues attended several of the dozens of conferences and workshops offered on topics such as “ Women’s leadership in the construction industry ‘, ’ Climbing the ladder in an international engineering company ‘ and ’ Influential leadership – tools and strategy ”.
