Nomination of Daniel Laganière as COO – Chief Operating Officer for FNX-INNOV
We are proud to announce the nomination of Daniel Laganière as COO – Chief Operating Officer. With his great expertise in the management of large-scale projects, he will ensure the coherence of operations in a transversal and growth-oriented vision.
Daniel Laganière has been with the organization for more than 20 years, first as an engineer and manager in the civil and environmental engineering sectors within Groupe S.M. International, then as Vice-President Infrastructure since the founding of FNX-INNOV. These roles led him to supervise several professional and technical teams working in Canada and internationally. His technical expertise, his close relationship with his team members, and his leadership have enabled him to successfully complete dozens of major projects in several strategic sectors, making him a key player for the firm.
As COO – Chief Operating Officer, he continues his transition to a strategic role in the development of our business sectors. From now on, he will support the executive management team in defining strategic orientations, aligning resource requirements with the company’s organic growth, and coordinating the business plans and budgets of the various divisions. At the operational level, he will ensure the consistent implementation of the firm’s business objectives, the promotion of interdisciplinary projects within a transversal and unified team vision, and the coordination and deployment of the firm’s key activities towards new markets.
His strategic vision as well as his ability to federate the teams will be very useful assets for the growth of the firm with new technologies, sustainable development and the greening of communities as a vector. We wish him all the best in his new position!
