Nomination of Karine Nachou, CFO – Chief Financial Officer

With more than 27 years of operational and financial experience in a variety of industries, including engineering, transportation and utilities, Ms. Nachou will lead the organization’s overall financial operations.

In her new role as CFO, Ms. Nachou will collaborate on the development and implementation of the company’s financial strategies to support our short- and long-term business objectives.
