Our projects in remote locations are often a source of motivation for our employees
Our recognized professional services in energy, earth sciences, telecommunications and industrial, mining and port sectors regularly lead our experts to work on projects in remote areas. This is currently the case for Chantal Marcouiller, a site technician working on the Micoua Saguenay hydroelectric line.
For her, this experience has become a way of life that allows her to work in the heart of nature and to appreciate the majestic landscapes every day, including the spectacular sunrises and sunsets that accompany her every day on the way between her workplace and her temporary home on the North Shore. She also greatly appreciates the opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.
“This job gives me the opportunity to get to know places in Quebec that I wouldn’t have discovered outside of my job. In addition, I get to meet a lot of passionate people from different trades who, when working on remote sites, form a great team where everyone plays his or her role with enthusiasm and team spirit.”

She recently sent us a video in which she expresses her gratitude for having the chance to work on a major project in such a wonderful place.
